Feeling suicidal at this point.
So it's been the 5th time my manager delayed my release date end moment while I'm asking for a release since the past 2 years. I'm neither able to find an opportunity outside nor am i able to continue working here as it's really frustrating. Can't handle it anymore.

Raise grievance againt the project and mention the reason for it. HR will interfere and initiate your release plan. But still you have to work until your replacement is onboarded and need to provide KT for upto the 3 months.

It's been 3 months since even my so called "replacement" has joined and even the KT is done, but now they have a new excuse saying the client side won't be in favour of releasing any associate lately.
