Feeling suicidal at this point.
So it’s been the 5th time my manager delayed my release date end moment while I’m asking for a release since the past 2 years. I’m neither able to find an opportunity outside nor am i able to continue working here as it’s really frustrating. Can’t handle it anymore.
Hey buddy, nothing is more precious than life so make no mistake. If you want to feel the pain of losing someone even a little bit then go visit the crematorium some day. So first thing first, suicide is not the solution, second thing bitter truth is you are being taken advantage of because you are letting it. Start working for 9 hours and 2nd no calls taken during off work hours or holidays/ leaves. Since appraisals are nearing try to be diplomatic till ratings are done. Take frequent leaves stating mental health issues till April and then don't work until released. You might be put into fluidity and terminated in the worst case scenario but even that isn't worthy enough compared to your mental and physical health.
You are blessed to have such a wonderful life which cannot be ruined so easily by someone else. So cheer up and always say out loudly that you deserve a beautiful life and small hindrances can't take it away.
Why to end precious life for unprofessional bosses.. stop work.. ignore call ..they will rate bad and release..till u work u will be not released
