Feeling stuck in TCS ..!!
I will complete my 1 year experience in TCS in April 2025 , I am feeling stuck here in a service based ecosystem , no real development, I want to switch to a product based organisation...!!Should I resign after my one year experience and how i should.anage the 3 months notice period ..?? Many of the companies I have applied to are not responding, no mail ( not even rejection mail ) received yet..!!

Just try saying you are in notice period and give LWD as a date which is around 70 days or so from today.. you will get interview calls, get used to them, once you clear a couple of rounds and you are confident that you will definitely get some offers.. if you are lucky, you might get interviewed to companies that are okay with 90 days
