With this hike with 7 yrs of experience I am just getting 11.20 LPA. All my friends colleagues crossed 20 LPA. I don’t know why I’m unable move to other organisations 🙃

That's too less for your rating and years of exp. Keep applying and giving interviews brother. And take every failed interview as a learning opportunity. There is no place for loyalty in today's corporate world.

  2. Selected for 2 Delliote and Accenture but, they changed the role instead of what I have applied ans failed eventually
