Feeling Stuck in Career

I work as a research analyst. Applying for research orientated roles for the past 3 months but no offers yet. I feel stuck in my career. Yes, I have a wonderful job and I work happily but need to grow. I am clueless so I started working on myself. Apart from that career wise I have no clarity. I also want to work for a good market research company :)
