Feeling Stuck in a Project for 4 Years – Need Advice!

I joined TCS as a fresher, and from day one, I’ve been working on the same project. Over the years, I became a top performer, but now, all my colleagues have moved on to new projects while I’ve been left behind for support work.

I’ve tried reaching out to my manager multiple times for a change, but I feel ignored. The situation is becoming really toxic, and I’m actively looking for a switch. However, since I’ve only worked on this single project, I’m struggling to get responses from recruiters.

I feel stuck, and I don’t know the best way to move forward. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you overcome it? Any advice would be really appreciated!
