Feeling stuck here

Hi Guys, Working in tcs from last 6years . Now trying to switch but HR’s are disconnecting calls by hearing 90days NP! Also getting very few calls nowadays! Feeling suffocating with less salary, having lots of family responsibilities . So it’s really need of an hour to switch ASAP… Please let me know if you have any pointers. Tech stack: Cloud operation,Linux server management , Ansible , Git, kubernetes administration, shell scripting . YoE - 9+ .

Take Naukri paid version and tell recruiters 45-60 days NP(tell them it is manageable ) else 30 days if they still don't agree.later after getting offer you can negotiate. But first try for referral into Service based companies who accepts 90 days np.

Bro you can write a new post for referrals in GV and mention ur relevant tech skills, yoe and resume link.Try this on Friday as most people are free on weekend so they might see ur post and get back. All the best.Btw if you need any referral in Infy let me know the job ID and share ur resume then.

Bhai move to bench, you’ll be released from within a month. Tell HR that you can join within a month, they’ll prefer you🙃 happened with a guy from my alma matter who left tcs 2 months ago

What Lie??

Lie about your notice period being 1 month. Once they have invested time taking your interview they will try to make it work with you. Once you have an offer letter resign from your current company and keep interviewing till your 3 months are over

Check what documents/proofs your new job needs from your previous employer. See if you can obtain them without resigning , - some companies provide proof of employment for MBA admissions, Loans , it can be used for other purposes. Make sure your current employer is notable to block much of your money , especially PF or bonuses due. If its not much and can be managed , don't serve full notice period.
