I joined a company but I got into operations team as a fresher.its been 3+ years, I'm trying learn new skill and have hands-on , getting stuck.unable to Crack interviews.parents won't allow to quit.toxic manager.no growth opportunity. Feels like under utilized. What would be the best opt to get skilled and get a good job with good pay??
