Feeling stuck as BDE

2022 graduate, didn't get any job because I wasn't great at coding, a very small company gave me a chance as a wordpress developer but since, they didn't have any future plans for me, they made me do, content creation, again with no proper planning.

When that didn't work for them, I was made transitioned to a Business Development Executive. Due to some, unforeseen issues, I had to leave them in 11 months. I worked there as a person in HR, Sales, Marketing, Operation, Design, Social media management.

I then switched to another company in August, this year....This company as well, has no plans for me...but this time, I have no work to do

I feel like I am a good learner but unable to find my niche or decide my future due to lack of mentor, what should I do? Have a degree in btech CS but working as Business Development Executive
