Hey everyone, I’m a .NET developer with 4.5 years of experience (6 months at one company, 3 years at another, and 1 year at my current job). I’m stuck at 11.3 LPA, and I’m feeling so lost about how to move forward. I really want to switch jobs and aim for 18–20 LPA, but I’m overwhelmed—my skills feel so limited (just C#, .NET, some SQL, and basic HTML/CSS/JS). I’m desperate to learn and grow, but I don’t know where to start! 😔 I’m really hoping for some guidance. Can anyone help with:

• What skills should I learn to reach that 18–20 LPA goal?

• How do I prepare for interviews at top companies when I feel so underprepared?
