Feeling stuck

I have been working in Infosys for 2 years. And last year that is after 1.6 years I got allocated to a project. It's an automation project. I would like to know what should I learn to advance my career.

Better try to switch to Development in new company or current, if you have skills & interest. But with Infosys as well you can have job security.
