
Trending @Accenture; Feeling Stressed About My Current Work Situation
I joined Accenture on 2024 and was shadow locked into a project in May 2025. Between September and June, I didn’t have any major work responsibilities apart from joining the daily scrum and supporting team leads whenever required. I made sure to complete all my assigned tasks before deadlines.
In July, I had to take sick leaves for genuine health reasons and even submitted original medical reports. However, during my performance review in September, I was informed that due to “unplanned leaves,” my performance rating was considered low, and I was placed on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
I successfully cleared the PIP, but I still don’t understand the exact reason behind being put into it. Unfortunately, because of this, I won’t be receiving any variable pay or salary hike for a year, which has been extremely disheartening and stressful.
Adding to that, my manager is providing shift allowances to everyone on the team except me, and I genuinely don’t know why. The entire situation is affecting me mentally and emotionally, and I’m not sure what steps to take next.
If anyone has faced a similar situation or can suggest how to handle this professionally, I would really appreciate your advice or guidance.

If you are working such genuine and still no use of it.just ask for rolloff .u don’t need to put such efforts and suffer mentally .U might be have a better recognition atleast at some other project .
