Having a light, balanced, nutritious breakfast helps.
My go-to is gluten-free oats, milk, seeds, some protein powder, peanut butter, 1 banana, all blended together, with a side of 2 eggs. I don’t rely on coffee too much during the 1st half of the day. Not being too idle on the work chair also helps, there are some basic stretches you can do without leaving it.
Get your vitamin levels checked with any reputable labs. Mostly its because of some vitamin deficiency.
Go take a walk around the office building or if there's a compound around you
Splash your face with cold water.
