Feeling overwhelmed as a fresher

It's been like 3 months at my project, and the work here in my team is very overwhelming. Everyone gets busy, noone has time to take care of health, incidents and tasks are all time high.

I want to change my team/project but they won't allow me. My health is mentally and physically down, and I feel anxious about my future. I want to resign if there will be no option left but I am feeling exhausted throughout the day, left with no time to prepare for any new skills.
