28M, 6 yoe. Everyone at my level in my organisation is younger than me. I open linkedin and all i see is younger people. Where are people of my age? What are they doing? I feel like I have fallen behind the average.

Bhai where I work in my team even manager is younger than me although people of age are either architects or managers but am working as a leader software engineer but mostly as an individual contributor.
I am unable to upgrade to manager as I hate too much communication and not an architect as I still I need to upgrade for that level?
In my team mostly genzs and 2 oldies....haha
