Feeling mentally stuck

Dear team,

I am working on a SAP ECC to S/4 hana project which is 24/7 365 project and I am from Basis team nee to monitor system and issues troubleshooting. I don't have any Saturday Sunday and needs to work 12 hr in night shift. Feeling like my brain hang always also no extra money for weekend or shifts .. I am in Deloitte India . Guide what to do!!
