Feeling lost! NEED your advice.

I joined DUSI in September 2023 as an Analyst. I received pre-hire training in the EAM/PM module before being onboarded into support project with a niche module, ISU, and functional role. As a result, I haven’t been involved in any SAP implementation work. My project is tentatively set to end in June 2025.

Now, I’m contemplating whether to transition into a EAM/PM project or pursue Analytics/BI, which has always been my area of interest. The biggest question, however, is how to secure such a role—and more importantly, who would onboard me.
