Feeling lost, need help!!!

Hi all, I am currently working as a Tax Consultant 2 (Global Taxation) at Deloitte USI in Hyderabad, where I have been based for the past 1.8 years. Although my hometown is Mumbai, my requests for relocation have been declined due to the team's operational presence in Hyderabad. Despite actively applying for jobs since April, I have been unable to secure a new opportunity. Given the limited openings in Global Taxation, I am facing challenges in my job search, which is impacting my mental and physical well-being.
