Feeling lost and hopeless

Hi all I am actively looking for a job for the Data Analyst position. I was having 2.8 yrs of work experience in IBM as a consultant laid off 4 months back. Currently I up skilled in Analytics courses ( SQL, Python, Power BI & Excel) make a jump from consultant. Not getting a call back. Any suggestions or referral would be a great help
