Feeling lonely in office

In Chennai office every single person talks in Tamil and I can’t speak Tamil or understand. I feel lost and not happy in office. What to do? If I tell my manager he talks in English with me but then goes back to Tamil in sometime. Any suggestions?

Learn a bit of Tamil. There are so many courses and resources available for free online these days for language learning. It's pretty easy these days.
