Feeling little lost

Hey folks, I’ve been actively searching for a job for the past few days and have managed to crack around 5 interviews so far. However, I’m somehow not able to convert them into offers. Just wanted to check, is it just me, or are others facing the same situation in the current market? If anyone has recently landed a job, would love to know how you cracked it. Was it through referrals, online portals, Naukri, or something else?
