Feeling like quitting my job, no motivation left!

Feeling stuck in my current job, no motivation at all but externally also there are no jobs left because of AI. Every tech company is looking for AI folks. Don't have any savings left and have high EMIs to pay...really feeling stuck, not sure what to do.
