Feeling kinda beat up by streak of bad luck

I have had the opportunity to interview some good companies, like Visa, Uber, De Shaw, etc. but every time I cannot make the cut in HM round. This has been happening for so long that it feels very demotivating now. I even received a call from Amazon recruitment but couldn't respond cuz I was giving an interview I was going to fail. Everyone in my circle is getting better work, better packages, while I'm stuck, neither earning well or learning a lot. I am unable to understand where I am going wrong, since all my interviews go smoothly, I answer everything, meet every requirement, but no luck

Ah, relatable situation.

Been getting rejected in the final rounds or HM rounds since past few months. Got ghosted after being told I would be receiving an offer as well.

But trying again is the only available solution to increase our chances of getting hired.

I have had this happen, HM is the most important round as he/she finally makes the decision on whether or not to hire you. I mostly get nervous in the round as previous 4-5 rounds all ask a similar set of questions and we are exhausted by the time we reach the HM round. HMs look for people who can handle the complexity of work & handle tough situations. So as your experience improves, you will be able to give more specific examples for each question they ask and will be able to crack it.
