I am a new joinee to infy completed 3 months tagged to an sap development project and no tasks are being assigned only sprint calls are joining on don't know who my manager meets are being scheduled and joining and listening no one is being monitored mee

Kindly help me to understand what I should do

Keep upskilling yourself in meantime, do skill tags/certificates

When you say certification is it LEX or they are asking for external only

Both are there but skill tag and all is internal courses and certification, would suggest do these first then take it outside or vice versa as relevant to your domain

Same situation, so far no work has been given to me... Joined April 2025 and still being onboarding and it's been 2 months

Feels like if they continue this then they will give me Pip
