Trending @Wipro; Feeling Frustrated with WFO
I need to travel back and forth for 5-6 hours to an office with no proper ODC with internet, uncleaned toilets, and the requirement to stand in a queue for food. Moreover, there are no team members available, as they are from different locations. Additionally, I need to take care of a newborn baby as well.
Disagree on the queue for food and toilets part at my location. But I do agree that it's pointless to travel to office just for attendance when my entire team is in a different location. My project is not enforcing the 3 day rule yet.
Whenever I visit office there are internet issues and lots of disturbances in the common odc, which gives a call centre vibe.
