Being in a project where it's environment is such a mess that its not allowing to take breathe, resources needs to be completely available for that project, no freedom to even plan our own leave... Feeling exhausted that it makes us feel tired, able to feel it as well...
If you are feeling exhausted then your manager needs to do a better job
Are you onsite or working from home? Usually there comes a phase in project when resources are super loaded due to the deliveries. However, if things are not working well you can definitely chose to change your project. Get in touch with your supervisor or DU lead.

True I'm also facing it no freedom to take my own leaves already the year is going to end ,not even getting paid for overtime 😕 from past 2 months
