August 2nd will be my 2nd year completion in our organisation. In this 2 years I just worked in a project for 6-7months and now it's been 5 months now, got assigned to a project and just filling timesheet in bill. Everyday start and ending with fear of future. Stressed and exhausted. Applying for various jobs but didn't get back anything. Drowning in sea of depression.

In naukri you will not get job all of sudden you need to wait minimum 1 months. Meanwhile start preparing for interview

As you are going to complete 2 years in August ask your manager about associate promotion

Complete 1 or 2 external certification
