First of all thanks for the response. This is a great solution but not practical because firstly my manager will not approve my leave, secondly my roots are from the city i don't have any connections in village
Be vulnerable infront of someone you know.. Not in an anonymous platform.. It can backfire badly..
I saw you said "managers won't approve leave".. Life is too short not to try taking leaves whenever you wanted..
I was one of the fresher who was too afraid to ask for leave or felt guilty.. Trust me it is not worth it.. it will build up and eat you up.. we are in TCS.. With less money atleast we deserve some leave flexibility
