Trending @Capgemini; Feeling depressed

I had joined as A4 , worked hard still got 3 rating. Whereas my pears got 1. How sad should i be? Will this impact my growth??

Not to worry. They consider a lot of things while giving out ratings which you might not be aware as you're new (atleast that's what had happened to me). Sometimes yours N+1 might have given you a higher rating but it might have been downgraded by the HR for some random reason. Not to worry about this, you most likely would get a promotion to A5 but won't receive any significant hike (~6%)
