Feeling demotivated in workplace. Delayed promotion

My promotion is pending since so long. My previous supervisor initiated it in Jan'24 but unfortunately that project got completed.. Only final approval cooprate Hr was pending. But now since I m moved into different project they r giving one or other reason. I don't feel working anymore here. It's been 5 yrs in tcs now and no promotion Please suggest

In January 2024 there was no promotion cycle open for C3A. How did your manager raised promotion? I think he just initiated in system but that is not how promotions works in tcs. Its all game of excel. Raising promotion in Ultimatix is just a gimmick.
