Feeling demotivated in workplace

Heyall, I'm feeling demotivated in workplace. Primary reason: I always keep a small circle and likes 1:1 chats only. But in workplace everyone seems to keep a relation with managers that even if they do something wrong the managers doesn't care. But if I do some mistake they don't mind taking it to everywhere as a blame. I think I'm getting into the boring and demotivated side of me. Is this normal for first timers?

Umm. Is the work u do not interesting enough? Or u r facing only behavioural issues in team? Well, in any case, if a job does not motivate u enough, better to switch. And it is normal to feel demotivated. I am feeling the same here -_-

Is it normal to feel like quitting your new job within a month?

This was the job I so badly wanted. It's WFH. The actual work hasn't begun. Training phase is going on. It's not even training. They've sent me some material to read and learn. That's it. I don't know any of my colleagues well. I just he...

I cannot work remotely.

I know a lot of people love working from home. But small rant here. Honestly, straight out of college I thought I would do too. But no, I absolutely do not.

Why?
