Hi Community From past 1 year(Joined in Dec. 2022), i am trying to get into the project. I reach to every manager through mail after applying to project demands available. Even i apply projects of different units also. Still No response from anyone
I contacted my TPD managers also regarding the same, they map me into project, but the Project Manager didn't approved my joining request and getting auto relaeased. This happened with me 3-4 times.
I don't do any masti in office.i sit and study, learning the things, trying to improving myself. But still feels, i do't know anything. Feeling Underconfident.
What to do? Any suggestions regarding project/learning/ anything?
Role : Systems Engineer Unit : EAIS CND Skills : Springboot, AWS, MongoDb, MySQL, Python(learning) Certificates : 2 AWS Externals, 20-25 Internals, and somewhat course certifications DQ : 95
This is me before 2months ago , At first I took 100 days Challenge reach to every TPD and PM , SPM but I didn't got any projects then broke again but I don't give up I took 200 day challenge surprisingly In the middle of 140 to 150 I got a project call now working in projects , Brother Men are Brave Don't lose hope in the second step i Mailed every Day Every HR I made them felt stress like this you can try . And please look for decent DC like PUNE , Banglore more projects are here .. ready for relocation and night shift after getting into projects u may swap ur shift with ur team mate . All the best, keep hustling.

check IJP, accelerate, and contact HR.
Same skills, Same unit, same dq.. Tried a lot for a project..In the end I got terminated 😅 Best of luck..
Going through same situation
Try to change the unit
ADM unit has more projects you might get into one
Or try for the IJP.
Try learning angular and have some NodeJs skill
This is me till last month, in the process of reaching out to managers for projects, I got an opportunity in another DC and I am relocating next month
