Trending @Accenture; Feeling demotivated

I have completely lost interest in working. Everyone in my project got vp, except me. In June cycle also I didn’t get any hike. This time also no hike, plus no bonus. I am not even feeling confident enough to attend interviews. I feel so stuck here.
