Feeling demotivated!

No promotion, no good ratings... inspite of doing so much hardwork and contributions. Feedback: My manager had expected that I should have handled my area independently without anyone's support. And the best part is everyone in team is asking my help..lol. Dont know if they are expecting this from an Analyst..what will happen in future!!!!

I have gone through same. Can understand you. Do not feel demoralised. Look for opportunities outside. Anyhow being loyal to a company doesnt yield results.

Good decision. And managers themselves wont do work independently 🤦🏻‍♀️ and expect others to do that. Even if done that, multiple flaws will be pointed. Hate corporate life tbh
