Feeling Demotivated
Literally got fed up with my current project and they are not giving release so I am trying outside but not getting any offer letter feeling very Demotivated kindly suggest what to do
Talk to your manager first, if he is not supportive setup a call with HR and discuss, still if nothing working then talk to second line manager to explain the problem
Manager is not at all supportive he is 58 years old in two year he gonna retire he don't know have any technical knowledge from him every work is 1 hours work no matter how much we try explain. We as team including lead approached HR but no action was taken
Put efforts to go out to another company, keep working hard & utilize the time in your current project to prepare for going out. Keep on learning & attending interviews until u get the best opportunity to move out, with your head held high
This is the part of IT journey u need to deal with in every second project irrespective of the company...either work on planned preparation for outside search or either delay work more if something assign to u ..keep saying..I am working on it..and it will take time....at the end he need to release u....but u need to be smart enough how to response to ur manager queries without breaking in any ethics rule means no harsh words,rudeness etc....all the best
Haaa my manager as irritating as hell I started talking leaves so that in peace I can prepare
Keep trying that's the only way
Hoping for the best trying to hoping to get a offer letter from any company
This is a very common problem, based on project u have to deal differently
