Feeling defeated
Hi
I have 6 years of IT Experience. Throughout this period I work for service companies. It seems like I didn't learn anything 😕. Just working and travelling. I have resigned and somewhat prepared . I have selected for mnc with 50% . I didn't get any calls from product based . I have cleared another mnc L1 interview. But they keep on delaying in scheduling the calls . Now this mnc forced me to join right after my last day. They didn't delay for 1 day. My family depends on my salary. The company HR forced me to join. I feel like defeated. Here also it feels like I will not learn anything. My situation forced me to join . Feeling like I have failed. Each time I take up things that I don't like for others approval . Not on my own interest. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
This is what Service based companies do with a significant number of employees. That’s why, unless you get onsite opportunities in the initial 2-3 yr, it is best to move out and save your life. Exception is when you get good work in service based company, which happens with a very small percentage of people.
