Feeling burnt out

Hey all. Lately have been feeling burnt out in every aspect of life. Routine feels the same. Working, cooking, washing clothes and then feeling frustrated. Not able to focus on up skilling or exercising. Also working on a side hustle for some exposure to entrepreneurship but not satisfied with the end result. Let’s just say - putting in efforts everywhere but not getting results which is demotivating me and I am loosing interest in things that I used to like doing. I once used to be a very active guy, lifting weights, having a disciplined routine and wanting to give me best in everything I do. I am 26 but feel like a 50 year old.

Working as a BA and yes I like my job but constant lack of appreciation while extracting maximum work is making me hate my job as well. How to get back on track? How do I reset my life? Nothing excites me anymore

Seeing a happy and safe Hindu in Pakistan is the 2nd most rare sight ...

Seeing a happy employee in Big4 still takes first place...

Bro I hope you have a bike. Make riding it a habit. Just move out. Listen to "Breakin away" by Gary Stitt, you will get the gist of what am trying to convey.

Going on 1 weekend ride every month. My side hustle is riding related. So for me weekend rides are still a responsibility

Try introducing new activities like playing badminton or reading books. They won't help instantly but will get you out of your routine.

Learn to Make quick meals or get a maid for cooking. Try to sleep on time n wake up 1 hr early to hit the gym. Or get weights at home n do little exercise.

This feeling won't stop, maybe in few months or years you will get this feeling again, Hum mard jaat hai bhaisahab, we either provide or protect. We can't have these feelings let us drown in them. Life hamesha exciting thori rahegi😂 I'll just say get used to these feelings. And keep doing the things which makes you happy. There are plenty of things to do, try a new one everytime, you might fail or succeed, and that's fine, yahi toh life hai, atleast you got a new experience.
