Its been 1 month since joined this company and feeling most worst and toxic place , project interviews are torturing here despite clearing every round not giving clearification. Internal capegemini people who are taking interview behaving like they are themselves working as research scientist in Google. Total shitty attitude.
+1 . I joined as fresher, only had 2 project interviews till now that too support. For that also they took two internal rounds and one client round.
Well you understood that quick enough, I'm 4 years in and I'm understanding now
While you are on the bench make use of the time to learn some super awesome skills for the resume
Work on your own projects
Build a strong resume
Go join your dream company
Ur not doing anything and taking salary and people who are working aren't getting proper hikes because of this
What is this sulking on social media platforms
Its not about sulking and i'm not fresher also who need to build resume to get opportunity.
Its just internal process is sucking enough to get onboarding in project. Concern is if your company can't justify with people whom you are bringing then why picking them at first place and wasting everyone time.
@JubilantRent agreed mate, the internal politics in cg is of highest std especially in FS Make use of the time upskill and move to better workplace that's all we can do

I am also having same feeling. These people want resource to have all the technologies in depth so we should do every work without any help
I'm 8 yoe and tolerating nonsense behavior of internal people who are taking interview whom themselves have less experience and knowledge then me. Its just worst decision to joined here. The organization who doesn't trust their own employee then employee wont stay here too long also.
yes my manager is threatening me for different reasons than our requirements. OCAeN assignment is also a headache . we are learning multiple skills and they want more which makes me feel negative about this company
Yep , if they are that good why dont go to product based.
The person who joined here already cleared the interview that's why company offered him this position.
But internal interviewer treating there own colleague like shit like that person doesn't know anything. Dude you are also working in same company.
