I had ordered some food from magicpin at 10:30 pm from magicpin to cope with my feelings.
Come 11:30, I had no order and the status was saying "delivery in 47 mins".
I raised it with support and got on a call with them and they were scolding the delivery partner so much because he delivered it to someone else.
I'm feeling so sad, stupid and privileged for ordering this late at night.
I'm sorry to the delivery partner.
Definitely a wake up call.

Aw shit that sucks. But it’s not because of you though, maybe the delivery guy got the wrong map or went to a different house by mistake. Shit happens sometimes. Hopefully that dude has a better day tomorrow, and you too.
Tip kr do option h to app me, he would definitely feel better, but it wasn't your mistake, why didn't you think to ask that customer care guy to talk properly with him atleast when you were on call

Zomato customer support has been good/great. Been off of Swiggy for years.
Is Swiggy in trouble? Every time I try to order they are either delayed or don't have any delivery partners. There seems to be some ops issue. Doesn't seem to be as reliable as it used to be 2 months back.
