Feeling anxious regarding band
I'm Digital through Wings and I've received an IPF rating of 4. What are my chances of getting B band ? Im currently feeling anxious as if I receive C band I'll be demoted to ninja level compensation. I don't know what to do🥲
I can understand what you are going through, mostly you'll get B. But still chances are there for C also. However ipf is mostly not much related to bands.
You should have talked to your manager regarding this, that if you get C it will ruin the incentives, I have seen people telling their manager that it will decrease salary.
Yes, even I talked to my manager and she understood. She herself cleared wings a few years ago so she knows how bands affect our incentives. I'm hoping for at least B.
