Trending @Wipro; Feel tired within 2yrs
Hi guys. I'm 25F. I feel like not to work anymore. Everything is fine from my family (financially, emotionally) I work because I don't like to ask for money over silly expenses.
But now, since I am working in toxic team I feel like leave this job don't work.
How some ppl get such a nice team to work with! Supportive team, cheerful manager, joking laughing, working with team. No micromanagement. Chill environment. And my manager, gives stress only. If there is no work then also we are forced to do some tasks. You just can't be free here. Even we see someone enjoying in ofc means taking part in rangoli competition, or some other activities then my manager criticize them like they must be on bench, ppl working in project don't have time for this shit. I was like wtf, you are not enjoying, you are not letting us enjoy, and those who are enjoying you are judging them????..... I applied wfh in 1st week of oct. I even told my manager to approve. It was for 3days only. Even after saying he did not approve. My leaves are deducted unnecessarily. Why managers do this??? Wipro has given wfh to emp they can use whenever they want. And this was the 1st time i have raised req for wfh.
I even wanted to get out of this project, but my manager threatening me to put me on PIP. I'm scared what if he really does this? What if wipro asks me to resign... I am having 18months experience only. No company will hire me with this less experience. Then I literally feel like quite everything get married and settle. But again, ask for husband for silly little things.🥲
Am I in worst project with worst manager? Do everyone feels the same for quitting the job? Help me guys, tell me what to do.

Happening with everyone now days

At first I used to feel like, it is because I'm in support project with skills irrelevant to mine, working in shifts with no allowance. Now I'm upskilling myself now I think what if I feel the same then as well..... How to deal with this????

Just keep up skilling yourself than move on with in Wipro or Outside.

Exactly same thing happened with me. I was putting so much efforts in my project work and client praised it too. However, when I used to apply for WFH due to genuine reasons, manager never used to take any action and it used to get auto rejected. After sending mails also he didn't budge. If a person doesn't even know about company policies and his duties, why is he playing the role of a manager. Also he wasn't from my project and asked about client approval which is weird. After raising the issue with HR also no action was taken. I remember quitting one evening when I saw WFH requests getting rejected again and again. Till that time I wasn't thinking of quitting...but this behaviour made me quit this useless place full of pathetic people. Luckily, I got an offer within 1 week of resignation and finally I had to leave after 3 months with all 30 days of WFH intact...fortunate to leave this place..so you also try to gain some experience and attend interviews and leave this place or ask for manager change if that helps your mental well-being...

Talk to HR about this. Then ask for release and if he puts you in pip, then you have proof

Hey which project? Same here too😩! Joined wipro 2022 april batch and suffered so much
