Feel like a failure

Sorry for rant.

4 years into software engineering (3 companies) and I feel like dumbest person alive who is not able to keep up.

My current employer has hard working people who even extend their working hours on weekend, deliver things fast and then I struggle everyday with my own tasks and I don't even find the work fun and rewarding at all. It feel unfulfilling and have no meaning in it but at the same time I know that I have to deal with it.

For example, Ive been struggling with an regression bug for 2 weeks but my manager fixed in in few hours which made me question whether its luck or skill issue.

Not only this but I struggled in my previous employers as well with similar issues.

Moreover to compensate, I tried to keep up with some hobbies which now feel like burden.

I feel I've been lacking behind so much neither I'm not good in core technologies nor good at problem solving nor communication and not even good in company politics.
