I have a feeling I have become dumb/dumber as the folks around me grasp things much faster ! I am a 33 year old guy and have been having this feeling since last couple of years.
Anyone else in the same boat and if yes,what could be the reason behind this and potential solutions ?
Yes I feel so much dumber after 30. It's a miracle I get up everyday with my health also going down tbh.. My IQ and common sense have taken a beating after marriage bro.
I feel frustrated especially with the thought of survival. Another thing is focus which has reduced drastically !
At that age folks do get more responsibilities from family, but one should never give up, with time things will get better just back yourself and stand up one more time 🙂
Go and participate in things you used to like for e.g cricket or some other sports it will keep you happy
