After getting rating it is sad well rating doesn't effect me but it is got met exception, from last year I'm working hard nd extending my timelines nd working flexible also Infosys didn't care about this shit coz this is shit.Well there is no hike so no new or happy year for me.Infosys just want to kill you coz nothing you learn here nd so you are not market ready

Hey, same for me. My previous manager is playing with my appraisal while my current manager is appreciating my work. I've decided to start looking outside bcoz I deserve better than these toxic politics and nepotism to bootlickers

Infosys is really being shitty right now. Like this was not that kind of standard company anymore. Yeah no hike and they don't look into the efforts taken just the end product. No recognition is taken into account. Even if managers recognise the efforts they simply say good work and thank you that's all.. this wasn't what I signed up for. And they are always ready to find flaws for the rating ... No promotion lol .. now I'm in a state of idgaf
