Feeing Stuck - A Short Yap

I've been in TCS for 2.10 years. About to complete my 3 years mark. I would say I've doing decent in my current project.

Today, one of my co-worker, who I can confidently say is a slow person, resigned. And that with a product based company. At this point, I'm actively searching jobs for over a year now. Happy for the person, but it only breaks my motivation. It just piles up my already stressful life.
