A friend of mine received performance feedback is that mean she will put on PIP and get terminated what happens in the backend.She performs well. will managers have ability to get her by convincing HR. How this works.If anyone knows can understand and give suggestion..is jt good to resign or how
Yes negative feedback means no promotion and no hike for 2 years atleast . Worst is they will put you in.pip and will be thrown out after 3 months

There is a portal to raise grievances and express your dissatisfaction that you are not happy with the outcome, hr, the project manager and impacted resource will have a sequence of calls and later it will move to a neutral party team, after analysing the case thoroughly.. They will decide whether to give a pip or revoke pip.. We have to defend
