Avoid it like the plague, especially if you are looking for PM roles. Go for it only if you don't have any other option in market, want to make a switch from mediocre job, and don't care at all about your mental and physical health. PS staying in office till 11pm is expected now even if you don't have work. Just have to show face.

I have heard they've pip culture too and they fire people quite frequently, it's a shame how so many startups in India are operating
