Thanks for responding, I agree on we have to consider work life balance. That's what I wanted to get feedback from the colleagues currently working on. Growth opportunities are always mistery in TCS. Sometimes we get good opportunity even at small account and sometimes we may not get it at bigger account even when market is doing good. So Work Life balance is what I mostly look forward to know. Anyway we all working for under pay at TCS for work life balance only. If that's missing in any account, then will have to ignore the account.
