Feedback on Associate Director - Pre Sales at Wipro

I am offered a role at Wipro as a Associate Director. Package is 45LPA+bonuses.

I have a tier-1 MBA and 10years of experience. Currently I am in Accenture at L7 with a CTC of 40LPA (base 33L) working as pre-sales manager. We had not got any hikes over last 2 years.

Does this change make sense?

Don't switch if there is no issue other than salary hike to Wipro. Go to a Western nation MNC if possible, if not then go to Wipro for hike
