Feedback, Notice period, resign, Bench Policy

Currently, I'm on the bench, reporting to the RMG team. I've already sent in my resignation email, and they've started the process in the system. However, the RMG team noticed that I'm still tagged with the project team. A couple of days later, I received word that I'll be released early by the RMG and project teams.

Meanwhile, the RMG team asked for my reason for resigning, and I explained that I've found a better opportunity that aligns with my career goals and addresses financial concerns.

The next day, I followed up with the RMG team and was informed that my profile is on hold because the HR team doesn't want to release an experienced candidate.

Do you have any insights or advice on this situation?

Just leave. Even if they retain as retention amount only add in BoB. My own experience, please leave

Did they try to give retention ?? But I'm not tagged to any project and reporting to RMG, will the RMG team also give a retention bonus??
